These terms apply when you engage FlightNest for visa assistance, document auditing, appointment tracking, travel paperwork assembly, or immigration consultation.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that FlightNest provides administrative support and travel consultancy only. Visa decisions remain entirely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official visa application centre (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS).

No Visa Guarantees

FlightNest provides administrative guidance, but only the relevant government authority can issue or refuse a visa.

Service Fees Earned

Agency fees compensate for document auditing, form preparation, and appointment monitoring work performed.

Processing Times Vary

Embassy, consulate, biometric centre, and courier delays are outside FlightNest's direct control.

Applicant Accuracy

Applicants must supply truthful, accurate, and complete information for all forms and supporting paperwork.

1 Scope of Visa Assistance

FlightNest provides administrative and advisory assistance for travellers preparing visa applications:

  • • Document Review: Auditing your dossier against embassy guidelines and advising on cover letters, financial proofs, and travel insurance.
  • • Form Support: Assisting in completing official visa application forms accurately based on client-provided details.
  • • Appointment Allocation: Monitoring appointment portals (VFS, TLS, BLS) to help secure available booking slots.
  • • Travel Proofs: Assisting with verifiable flight reservations and hotel vouchers suitable for visa submission.
FlightNest is a private registered company (Company No: 16593470). We are not affiliated with any government agency, embassy, or consulate.

2 Agency Fees & Consular Charges

FlightNest service fees cover professional time, dossier checks, and portal monitoring. Our service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the embassy's decision.

Consulate fees, visa centre charges, courier fees, and biometrics payments are separate charges and non-refundable once paid to third-party portals.

3 Visa Refusals & Liability Limits

Embassies reserve the sole right to issue or refuse a visa. FlightNest is not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, or missed non-refundable travel purchases.

We strongly advise applicants not to purchase non-refundable flight tickets or hotel stays until their visa has been officially approved and the passport returned.
